    Description
    CORRESPONDING REQUEST
    The present application claims the priority of the Swiss national application No. 00320/16 filed March 11, 2016, in the name of Mr. Ollivier Anneix, the content of this prior application is incorporated by reference in its entirety in the present application .
    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
    The present invention relates to the field of hardware, especially for storage of skis.
    More specifically, the present invention relates to the field of systems for storing skis in a simple and effective manner. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this application and others are possible in use the principles set forth in the present application, for example to store other objects.
    STATE OF THE ART
    The storage means including skis known to date are generally quite primitive and impractical. For example, horizontal supports are known which are placed approximately 1m60 or more from the ground, which comprise bars perpendicular to the supports which make it possible to prevent the skis from falling laterally, for example by pressing the tips of the skis on these bars. This system is nevertheless inconvenient because it is necessary that the skis have a certain length to be retained by the bars (which is not the case if we consider the skis of children) and are also dangerous in that these bars can be at the face level of skiers or children which can be dangerous in case of fall or slip of a skier towards said bar.
    Otherwise, the skis are usually placed against a wall and if a pair flips, it will cause all the others with a domino effect.
    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
    An object of the invention is to provide an improved storage system skis.
    More specifically, an object of the invention is to provide a simple, convenient, safe storage system that is also easily adaptable to skis to put away.
    According to one embodiment of the invention, the system comprises at least one elongate support, such as a bar, essentially horizontal, said support comprising magnetic means arranged in such a way that objects such as skis can be held in position. vertical position against said through a magnetic force generated by said magnetic means, stably and releasably.
    Preferably, this magnetic force is exerted on the edges of the skis. It can also be exercised on other appropriate parts of the skis.
    According to one embodiment, the system comprises magnetic means distributed at specific locations of the support. Preferably, these magnetic means can be moved freely on the support.
    In one embodiment, the support is fixed on a wall or a wall.
    In another embodiment, the support is mounted on feet.
    The support may be in any suitable material: metal, synthetic, wood, etc.
    The accompanying figures illustrate an embodiment of the present invention: FIG. 1 illustrates a way of mounting the support of the invention; fig. 2 illustrates an embodiment of the magnetic means according to the invention; fig. 3 illustrates a way of storing skis by means of the invention; figs. 4 and 5 illustrate a front view of an embodiment of the invention.
    In FIG. 1, there is illustrated a way of mounting an embodiment of the invention on a wall.
    A metal support 1 (bar, flat rod, profile, tube, plate or other ...) is fixed to the wall 2, for example by screwing.
    Once the support 1 attached, it is placed on it permanent magnets 4 as magnetic fixing means, for example neodymium magnets which are positioned on the side of the support 1. As the support 1 is metallic, it It is not necessary to attach the magnets 4: they are fixed directly in place and are held by a magnetic force on the support. The neodymium magnets 4 (for example a 30 × 7 mm magnetic disk) with a grip force of 14 kg are positioned on the tube 20 cm apart for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. Other equivalent means and magnets are of course possible in the context of the present invention. In a variant, the support 1 is not metal but in another material (for example synthetic or wood or other) and the means 4 are fixed on the support by appropriate means (screwing, gluing etc.) In another embodiment, the means 4 are formed by magnetized bars. In this mode, the support 1 can be in any material and the fixing of the magnetized bars 6 can be done by magnetism (if the support 1 is metal) or other equivalent means (screwing, gluing etc.). One can also imagine supports 1 manufactured by molding in which the magnetic means are embedded during manufacture. In another embodiment, the supports 1 can be mounted not on a wall 2 as shown but on a frame that stands alone. This makes it possible to form a mobile support system for skis using the principles of the invention. The invention is not limited to the embodiments described by way of illustrative example and variants are possible within the scope of the claimed protection. The modes of execution can also be combined with each other (for example by using bars of different types and also magnets of different types). The shape and material of the magnetic means are not limited to what is indicated in the present description but equivalent variants are possible, for example variants of shape: rectangular, square or triangular, or oblong instead of round. claims
    A ski binding system comprising at least one support (1) and magnetic means (4) on the support for holding objects such as skis (5) against said support in a detachable manner.
